Life Coaching for Well-Being

As healthcare professionals, we know what it's like to help our clients and patients grow to no longer needing a diagnosis while still not thriving or having a satisfying life. Like you, we want our clients to keep growing. Like you, we want them to “thrive.” We can help with “the next step.”

We help clients become mindfully aware, make great choices, and systematically turn great choices into powerful habits with our Life Coaching for Well-Being Group.

We have created a holistic, action-oriented process for choosing and creating well-being using proven methods for transformational change. We offer a self-directed system for personal well-being developed through decades of clinical practice, Mindful Choices Therapy (or “M. C. Coaching.”)

We want our clients to “thrive.” We want them to wake up each morning full of enthusiasm about their lives, feeling confident, optimistic, and empowered, living their values, having compassion for self and others, and finding purpose and meaning in each day. Experiencing their lives with such a high degree of satisfaction and happiness is the true meaning of “well-being.”
